Where We Ship

We ship to addresses within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally, to P.O. boxes for Priority or Express service, or to APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Standard

  • Delivery: 3–6 business days
  • Cost: $9.95, or FREE on orders of $100 or more
  • USPS or UPS Ground, tracked

Priority

  • Delivery: 2–3 business days
  • Cost: $19.95
  • USPS Priority Mail or UPS 2-Day, tracked

Express

  • Delivery: 1–2 business days
  • Cost: $34.95
  • UPS Next Day Air or FedEx Priority Overnight, tracked

Processing Time

Card orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed later ship the next business day. We do not process or ship on weekends or federal holidays.

ACH orders ship after funds clear, typically 3–5 business days. Cryptocurrency orders ship after first network confirmation, typically 10–60 minutes depending on the coin and network conditions.

Cold-Chain Packaging

Lyophilized compounds do not require cold shipping but are packed with desiccant and insulation to protect integrity during transit. For orders containing temperature-sensitive items, we include gel packs or dry ice as needed at no extra charge.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the carrier picks up your package. You can also find tracking in your account under Orders.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, check with your neighbors, household members, and local carrier facility first. If still unable to locate, contact shipping@basaltbio.com within five (5) days of the delivery date.

If your package arrives visibly damaged or the product is compromised, photograph it and contact us within 5 days. See our Refund Policy for details.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by you. Address corrections after shipment may incur a fee from the carrier.

Carrier Delays

Shipping timeframes above are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs (for Alaska/Hawaii), or other circumstances outside our control.
